1. Who We Are

ZeroBarrier AI LLC is an artificial intelligence company incorporated in Kansas. We build autonomous software development tools. Our website is located at zerobarrier.ai. Our contact email is sharat@zerobarrier.ai.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect information only when you voluntarily provide it to us — either through our contact form or by creating an account. When you use our contact form, we collect:

Your full name
Your email address
Your phone number (optional)
Your message or question
Your IP address, which your browser sends automatically when you submit the form

If you create an account, we also collect:

Your email address
Your mobile phone number (required to create an account)
A record of whether you agreed to receive text messages, including the date and time you gave that consent

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics tools, and we do not collect any information automatically from visitors who simply browse our website. When you open our contact form, we load Google reCAPTCHA to check that you are a person rather than an automated program. At that point Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. If you never open the contact form, nothing about your visit is sent to Google.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit through our contact form for one purpose only: to respond to your inquiry. Specifically:

To keep a record of our correspondence

If you create an account, we use the information associated with it to:

Create and operate your account
Verify your identity when you sign up and each time you sign in
Send you the account verification codes and sign-in one-time passcodes that make that possible — by email, and by text message if you have opted in
Check that your mobile number is not already registered to another account, so that each person gets one free trial

We will not send you unsolicited marketing emails or text messages, add you to any mailing list, or contact you for purposes unrelated to your original inquiry or the operation of your account without your explicit consent.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Period.

We rely on a small number of service providers ("data processors") to operate our website and services. Each acts on our behalf, is bound by its own privacy policy, and is permitted to use your data only to provide its service to us — never for its own purposes:

Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) — operates our website and services. AWS receives and delivers our contact form submissions (Amazon API Gateway, AWS Lambda and Amazon SES), holds your account and handles sign-in (Amazon Cognito), sends our account and sign-in emails (Amazon SES), delivers our account verification and sign-in text messages via SMS to users who provide a mobile number and opt in (Amazon SNS), and stores your account data and text-message consent records (Amazon DynamoDB).
Google LLC — provides the reCAPTCHA check on our contact form, which tells us whether a submission came from a person or an automated program. When the check runs, Google receives your IP address and the result of the check. We do not use Google for anything else, and we do not use Google Analytics.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or valid legal process (such as a court order or subpoena).

5. Your Phone Number and Text Messages

Providing a mobile phone number is optional. If you provide one and opt in, we use it for one purpose only: to send you transactional text messages — account verification codes and sign-in one-time passcodes. We do not send marketing texts, and we do not share your number with anyone other than Amazon Web Services (Amazon SNS), solely so it can deliver those messages on our behalf.

We send text messages only to users who have opted in. You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, and we will stop texting you; you can keep using your account with an emailed code or a passkey instead. For help, reply HELP or email us at support@zerobarrier.ai.

We keep the record of your consent — whether you agreed to receive texts, and the date and time you agreed — for as long as your account exists, and for four years after you withdraw consent or close your account — the limitation period under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) — so we can demonstrate that consent was given.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain contact form submissions in our email inbox for as long as they are relevant to an ongoing business conversation, and no longer than 3 years. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so within 30 days.

We keep your account, and the email address and mobile number associated with it, for as long as your account remains open. If you ask us to delete your account, we will close it and delete that information within 30 days — except the record of your text-message consent, which we retain for the period described in Section 5 so we can demonstrate that consent was given.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Ask us what personal information we have about you
Request that we correct inaccurate information
Request that we delete your information
Withdraw any consent you've previously given us

8. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

9. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Contact form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and are not stored in any database — they are delivered directly to our own email inbox. Our error logs are kept for 14 days and do not contain the contents of your message. Account data — including your email address, mobile number, and consent records — is held within Amazon Web Services (Cognito, SES, SNS, and DynamoDB) and is encrypted in transit and at rest using AWS-managed encryption. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Johnson County, Kansas.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
